Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking a Call Center Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer records, follow up on queries, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries, complaints, and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, processes, or job-related enquiries.
