Job Summary

Srijan Neer RO Plant is seeking an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production and plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient RO plant operations, maintaining production targets and quality standards, coordinating maintenance activities, managing the production team, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities at the RO plant.
2. Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and within the planned schedule.
3. Supervise RO plant operations, water treatment processes, and production systems.
4. Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
5. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of RO plant machinery and equipment.
6. Identify operational issues and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.
