Job Summary

BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of activities, monitoring project progress, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards. The role may involve projects across education, skill development, healthcare, livelihood, CSR, community development, NGO, and social impact sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, execution, and overall management of assigned projects.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation strategies.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, field staff, partners, government departments, NGOs, corporates, and other stakeholders.
4. Monitor project activities and ensure timely achievement of targets and deliverables.
5. Manage project resources, budgets, manpower, and operational requirements effectively.
6. Conduct regular project reviews and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Ensure proper documentation, MIS updates, reporting, and maintenance of project records.

Technical Education : Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development

Certificate : N/A

Industrial Certificate : 5–8 years of experience in project management
