Job Description
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of programs across development, education, healthcare, livelihood, skill development, CSR, community development, and social impact sectors. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing program teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of activities, monitoring budgets and deliverables, maintaining program quality, and preparing reports for management, donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and manage programs from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop program work plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and implementation strategies.
- Lead and supervise project teams, coordinators, field staff, and other program personnel.
- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, CSR partners, donors, institutions, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress against approved objectives, indicators, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure effective utilization of financial, human, and operational resources.
- Develop and maintain MIS, monitoring systems, dashboards, and program documentation.
- Conduct regular field visits and review program implementation and quality.
