We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sampling Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sampling process from design concept to final sample approval. The candidate will coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, merchandisers, and quality teams to ensure samples are developed accurately and delivered within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete sampling process from sample request to final approval.
• Communicate with designers, merchandisers, production teams, and vendors regarding sample requirements.
• Prepare and maintain sample details, specifications, measurements, and records.
• Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and other materials required for sampling.
• Follow up on sample development, modifications, approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor sample quality, measurements, construction, finishing, and overall appearance.
• Identify sampling issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain sample tracking sheets and update sampling status regularly.
• Ensure samples are developed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate revisions and ensure corrections are incorporated into subsequent samples.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of samples, approvals, and comments.
• Support the team in meeting production and sampling deadlines.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external vendors.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of sampling and garment/product development processes.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, measurements, and garment construction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Ability to manage multiple samples and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Education : NA

Certificate : TOT Certified

Industrial Certificate : Experience 2-5 Years
