Job Description

BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, strategic, and target-oriented Manager – CSR Fundraising to lead fundraising initiatives, develop corporate partnerships, and mobilize resources to support impactful social development programmes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying CSR funding opportunities, building relationships with corporates and foundations, developing compelling proposals, managing donor relationships, and achieving fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective CSR fundraising and resource mobilization strategies.
2. Identify and build relationships with corporates, CSR foundations, philanthropic organizations, and institutional donors.
3. Research and identify suitable CSR funding opportunities, grants, sponsorships, and partnership prospects.
4. Develop high-quality CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, budgets, and funding applications.
5. Manage the complete fundraising cycle from prospect identification and outreach to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with CSR heads, corporate decision-makers, foundations, and other donors.
7. Coordinate with programme teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling funding proposals.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : Diploma in Fundraising & Resource Mobilization

Certificate : N/A

Industrial Certificate : 5-7 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising
