Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking compassionate, responsible, and service-oriented Home Health Aide Trainees to provide basic healthcare, personal care, and daily living support to patients, elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, and individuals requiring assistance at home. The trainee will receive practical exposure and guidance in patient care, hygiene, mobility assistance, safety, and other home healthcare activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
- Provide basic personal care and hygiene support while maintaining patient dignity and privacy.
- Assist elderly and dependent patients with mobility, positioning, and safe movement.
- Support patients with routine activities and maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Monitor and report basic patient observations such as changes in behaviour, comfort, appetite, or general condition.
- Assist trained healthcare professionals with basic patient-care activities as instructed.
- Follow proper infection prevention, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
