Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking a skilled, safety-conscious, and technically competent Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra) to support the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems. The candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels, mounting structures, electrical wiring, inverters, batteries, and other associated components while ensuring quality, safety, and proper system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Solar PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and related equipment.
- Carry out DC and AC electrical wiring and connections as per approved drawings and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and basic assessment of solar installation requirements.
- Install and align solar panels for optimum orientation and performance.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting of Solar PV systems.
- Identify and rectify electrical, wiring, connection, and equipment-related faults.
- Conduct preventive and routine maintenance of installed solar systems.

Education Qualification
Education Level : Vocational/Technical Certificate
