Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager – Resource Development to lead resource mobilization, fundraising, donor engagement, CSR partnerships, grant development, and institutional funding initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing resource development strategies to strengthen organizational sustainability and support the successful implementation of programmes and projects. The role involves building and managing relationships with CSR partners, corporates, foundations, institutional donors, philanthropic organizations, government agencies, and other funding stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive resource mobilization and fundraising strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities from CSR, foundations, institutional donors, corporates, government programmes, and philanthropic organizations.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors and funding partners.
- Lead the preparation and submission of grant proposals, concept notes, funding applications, budgets, and donor presentations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, NGOs, development organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Research and maintain a database of prospective donors, funding agencies, CSR organizations, and institutional partners.
- Monitor funding trends, CSR priorities, grant opportunities, and donor requirements to identify new resource mobilization opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in resource development, fundraising, CSR, grant management, business development, institutional partnerships, or donor engagement.
- Experience working with NGOs, nonprofits, CSR foundations, development organizations, or social impact organizations is preferred.
