Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator – Agriculture to support the planning, coordination, and execution of agricultural marketing and business development activities. The candidate will work closely with farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), agribusinesses, distributors, retailers, customers, and other stakeholders to strengthen market linkages, promote agricultural products and services, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate agricultural marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and field-level initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, FPOs, agribusinesses, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Support market linkage activities to connect agricultural producers with buyers and suitable markets.
- Coordinate sales and business development activities for agricultural products and services.
- Conduct field visits and support farmer engagement, product awareness, and community outreach activities.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and communication campaigns.
- Generate leads and coordinate follow-ups with prospective customers, partners, and channel members.
