Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Lead – CSR & Corporate Partnerships to lead the development and management of strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, donors, NGOs, government institutions, and other ecosystem stakeholders.The candidate will be responsible for identifying CSR and corporate partnership opportunities, developing proposals and concept notes, mobilizing resources, managing corporate relationships, and supporting the successful implementation of high-impact programs across sectors such as education, healthcare, skill development, livelihood, women empowerment, sustainability, rural development, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and development of new CSR and corporate partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, donors, NGOs, government bodies, and institutional partners.
- Research corporate CSR priorities and identify potential funding and collaboration opportunities.
- Develop high-quality CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Lead corporate outreach, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
- Develop customized partnership solutions aligned with corporate CSR priorities and organizational programs.
- Drive fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives to support social-impact programs.
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, from lead generation and proposal development to agreement, implementation, reporting, and renewal.
- Coordinate with program and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of partnership commitments.
