Job Summary
BuddyMaa is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of organizational programs and projects.The Program Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end program operations, leading project teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring program performance, ensuring effective utilization of resources, and achieving project objectives within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned programs and projects.
- Develop detailed program plans, implementation strategies, timelines, budgets, targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and coordinate project teams, field teams, consultants, trainers, coordinators, and other program resources.
- Ensure timely implementation of program activities in accordance with approved plans and objectives.
- Monitor program progress, outputs, outcomes, milestones, and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular review meetings with project teams and stakeholders to assess progress and resolve implementation challenges.
- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, CSR organizations, corporates, donors, academic institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key program partners and stakeholders.
Technical Education
- Certification or Diploma in Program Management / Project Management
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum Certification
- Certification in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
