Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects across sectors such as education, skill development, healthcare, livelihood, women empowerment, CSR, sustainability, climate change, renewable energy, biodiversity conservation, rural development, and community development. The ideal candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure timely delivery of project milestones, monitor budgets, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver assigned projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, implementation schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, partners, government departments, NGOs, CSR organizations, donors, and clients.
- Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality implementation in accordance with organizational standards and project objectives.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, dashboards, presentations, and documentation.
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial utilization while ensuring cost efficiency.
