Job Summary
- BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Healthcare Consultant to support healthcare, public health, CSR, NGO, and community development initiatives. The Healthcare Consultant will provide expert guidance in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating healthcare programs that improve access, quality, efficiency, and sustainability of health services.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with government departments, hospitals, NGOs, corporate CSR teams, development agencies, healthcare providers, donors, and community stakeholders to develop innovative healthcare solutions, strengthen health systems, and achieve measurable social impact.
- Assess healthcare systems, community health needs, and organizational requirements.
- Design and implement healthcare strategies, policies, and improvement plans.
- Provide technical expertise for healthcare, public health, CSR, and NGO projects.
- Conduct baseline studies, health needs assessments, surveys, and gap analyses.
- Develop project implementation plans, work schedules, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Support implementation of primary healthcare, maternal and child health, nutrition, preventive healthcare, and health awareness initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze healthcare data and prepare technical reports, dashboards, presentations, and policy briefs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, healthcare standards, and quality frameworks such as NABH and NABL.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement with hospitals, government agencies, donors, educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Healthcare Management
Certificate : Certified Healthcare Quality Professional
Industrial Certificate : 1–2 years experience
