Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking a proactive and organized Programme Coordinator to plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor projects across the NGO, CSR, education, skill development, healthcare, livelihood, and community development sectors. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, government departments, CSR partners, NGOs, educational institutions, trainers, and community stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, within timelines, and in accordance with organizational objectives. The role requires excellent project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of assigned programmes and projects.
- Develop project work plans, activity schedules, timelines, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate field activities, training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Support programme expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams, trainers, consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure timely execution of programme activities across multiple locations.
- Monitor project milestones and resolve operational challenges.
- Facilitate regular review meetings and follow up on action points.
- Maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, CSR partners, NGOs, donors, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and community leaders.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and stakeholder consultations.
- Support partnership development and collaborative initiatives.
- Represent BuddyMaa during project meetings, field visits, and external engagements.
