Job Summary
BuddyMaa is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate – Finance to support financial operations, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial transactions, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, and employee expense claims.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.
- Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare tax-related documentation and support timely statutory filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit assignments.
- Monitor project budgets, grants, and CSR fund utilization where applicable.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
- Verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Support cash flow planning and fund management activities.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and internal controls.
- Ensure adherence to organizational finance policies, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support finance managers in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Perform additional finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned.

- Tally Prime Certification
- GST Certification
- SAP Finance (FICO) Certification
- Microsoft Office Specialist (Excel)
- QuickBooks Certification
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Accounting & Finance
Certificate : Tally Prime Certification
Industrial Certificate : 1–3 Years in Relevant Finance
