Jobs Description
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote BuddyMaa's services.
- Generate business leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, NGOs, CSR organizations, and government agencies.
- Promote recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, training, and workforce solutions.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content marketing activities.
- Support SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional events, seminars, webinars, career fairs, and exhibitions.
- Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Maintain CRM records and track marketing and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to achieve business goals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Achieve lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Digital Marketing
Certificate : Google Digital Marketing Certificate
Industrial Certificate : Minimum 2-3 Years of relevant experience in Marketing or Buisness Development
