Job Description – Psychologist
Psychologists are required for leading hospitals, mental health clinics, NGOs, educational institutions, rehabilitation centres, corporate wellness programs, CSR initiatives, and government healthcare projects. We are looking for compassionate, qualified, and dedicated professionals who are passionate about promoting mental well-being, providing psychological support, and improving the quality of life of individuals through evidence-based interventions.
As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing clients' mental, emotional, and behavioural health, conducting counselling sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and psychometric evaluations.
- Provide individual, group, family, and crisis counselling sessions.
- Develop personalized treatment and intervention plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate case records, progress notes, and confidential documentation.
- Identify and manage mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioural disorders.
- Administer and interpret psychological and behavioural assessment tools.
- Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, educators, healthcare professionals, and rehabilitation teams.
- Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and mental health promotion activities.
- Provide guidance to families, caregivers, teachers, or employers regarding client well-being.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, professional standards, and organizational policies.
- Stay updated with current psychological research, counselling techniques, and best practices.
