- Conduct community outreach and awareness campaigns to promote organizational programs.
- Identify and mobilize eligible beneficiaries for training, education, employment, or development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, schools, colleges, NGOs, government officials, and local stakeholders.
- Organize village meetings, awareness drives, workshops, and mobilization events.
- Counsel potential candidates and beneficiaries regarding program benefits, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
- Support beneficiary registration, documentation, and verification processes.
- Conduct field visits to monitor participation and address community concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, attendance, and beneficiary data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of mobilization activities.
- Assist in achieving project targets within specified timelines.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project guidelines.
