- Conduct training on communication, presentation skills, public speaking, business etiquette, and professional behavior.
- Prepare participants for interviews, group discussions, and workplace communication.
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, and assessment tools.
- Assess participants' learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate and mentor learners to build confidence and improve overall personality.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions as required.
- Maintain attendance, training reports, assessments, and documentation.
- Collaborate with academic, placement, and project teams to achieve training objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training delivery.

Industrial Certificate : Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Soft Skills/Employability Skills Training with strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and learner engagement skills. Experience in the Education, Skill Development, or Corporate Training sector is preferred.
