Jobs Description
- Mobilize and enroll eligible youth for education, skill development, and livelihood programs.
- Conduct community outreach activities, awareness campaigns, and counseling sessions.
- Mentor and guide youth on career opportunities, life skills, employability, and personal development.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, community leaders, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Organize orientation sessions, workshops, career guidance programs, and community meetings.
- Support beneficiary registration, documentation, attendance tracking, and program reporting.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify potential candidates and ensure participant engagement.
- Monitor participant progress and provide continuous mentoring throughout the program.
- Coordinate with project teams to achieve mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project guidelines.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
