Jobs Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Executive – Quality & Compliance to ensure that manufacturing processes, products, and operations comply with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will support quality assurance activities, conduct audits, monitor compliance, maintain documentation, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality documentation.
- Conduct routine quality inspections, process audits, and compliance assessments.
- Identify quality issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain quality records, compliance reports, and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with production, operations, procurement, and other departments to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Monitor supplier quality and support vendor compliance evaluations where required.
- Analyze quality data, prepare MIS reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train employees on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and workplace safety regulations.

Education Qualification
Education Level : Master's Degree
Technical Education : Master's in Public health
