Jobs Description
- Design and implement Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation (MLE) frameworks and systems.
- Develop KPIs, logical frameworks (Logframes), and performance indicators for projects.
- Monitor program progress and ensure timely collection, validation, and analysis of data.
- Conduct baseline, midline, endline, and impact assessments.
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for donors and senior management.
- Ensure data quality through regular audits and verification processes.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support project teams in using evidence and learning to improve program performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, donors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Build the capacity of project staff on monitoring tools, data collection methods, and reporting standards.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and donor guidelines.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Master's Degree
Technical Education : Master's in Rural Development
Certificate : Certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Industrial Certificate : Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL/M&E) frameworks.
