Project Officer – Documentation to support project teams by managing documentation, preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate and timely project reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to document project activities, compile data, and maintain high-quality records in line with organizational and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project reports, monthly progress reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop case studies, success stories, newsletters, and impact reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical project records and document repositories.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect, verify, and compile project data.
- Assist in preparing donor reports, proposals, presentations, and project updates.
- Document meetings, workshops, training sessions, and field visits.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, donor guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities through accurate data compilation and reporting.
- Maintain MIS data and generate periodic reports.
- Assist in knowledge management and documentation of best practices and lessons learned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA)
Certificate : Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
Industrial Certificate : Experience in preparing donor reports, project reports, and progress reports.
