Jobs Description
- Plan, implement, and manage district-level programs in line with organizational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise district and field teams to ensure effective program delivery.
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, NGOs, CSR partners, and community stakeholders.
- Develop district implementation plans, work plans, and project timelines.
- Monitor program progress, analyze performance indicators, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Prepare high-quality reports, documentation, MIS updates, and donor reports.
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with financial and organizational policies.
- Organize capacity-building programs, training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure quality standards, safeguarding practices, and donor compliance across all program activities.
- Represent the organization at district-level meetings, reviews, and coordination forums.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Industrial Certificate : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, Development Studies, Sociology, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
