Job Description – Project Technical Support
- Provide technical support for ongoing projects and day-to-day operations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor project systems and ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve technical concerns.
- Maintain project documentation, technical reports, and MIS records.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined service levels (SLAs).
- Assist in system testing, deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Support data management, system configuration, and user account administration.
- Conduct basic user training and provide technical guidance when required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and project guidelines.

- Time Management & Team Collaboration
- Certifications such as Google IT Support, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or CCNA are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work on multiple projects as required.
Education Qualification
Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical Education : B.Tech / BE (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communication)
Certificate : Google IT Support Professional Certificate
Industrial Certificate : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
