 Job Description – Project Technical Support

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Project Technical Support Executive to provide end-to-end technical assistance for project implementation and operations. The ideal candidate will support project teams by resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities.
 
Key Responsibilities:-
  • Provide technical support for ongoing projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor project systems and ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve technical concerns.
  • Maintain project documentation, technical reports, and MIS records.
  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined service levels (SLAs).
  • Assist in system testing, deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Support data management, system configuration, and user account administration.
  • Conduct basic user training and provide technical guidance when required.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and project guidelines.

Preferred Candidate;-
  • Certifications such as Google IT Support, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or CCNA are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and work on multiple projects as required.
 

Education Qualification

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Technical Education : B.Tech / BE (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communication)

Certificate : Google IT Support Professional Certificate

Industrial Certificate : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
