Job Description – Program Manager (Fellowship)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Program Manager (Fellowship) to lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of fellowship programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth program execution, managing stakeholders, supporting fellows throughout the program lifecycle, and achieving program objectives within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage fellowship programs from onboarding to completion.
- Develop and implement program plans, timelines, and operational processes.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support fellows throughout the fellowship journey.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, government agencies, NGOs, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, webinars, and networking events for fellows.
- Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and reporting as per organizational guidelines.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor coordination efficiently.
- Identify program risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Collect feedback, evaluate program outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Lead and mentor the program team to achieve organizational goals.
- Travel to field locations, partner organizations, or program sites whenever required.
Required Skills

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- MBA, MSW, M.Ed., PGDM, or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Program Management, Fellowship Management, Education, CSR, NGO, Skill Development, or Social Impact projects.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with fellowship or leadership development programs.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : MSW (Master of Social Work)
Certificate : Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Industrial Certificate : Knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), MIS, and program reporting.
