Training Manager
Job Summary:-
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Manager to lead the planning, development, and implementation of training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying learning needs, designing training content, conducting engaging sessions, and ensuring employees and trainees acquire the knowledge and skills required to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify training needs through assessments and performance reviews.
- Design and deliver technical, functional, and behavioral training programs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create relevant learning content.
- Maintain training schedules, attendance, records, and performance reports.
- Mentor trainers and provide coaching to improve training quality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Education, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development (L&D), Technical Training, or Skill Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

Education Qualification
Education Level : Master's Degree
Technical Education : B.Tech, BE, M.Tech, ME, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Certificate : Train the Trainer (TTT) Certification or Learning & Development (L&D) Certification preferred.
Industrial Certificate : Experience 4-5 Years
