Job Summary:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is looking for hardworking and dedicated Assistant Masons to support masonry and construction activities at project sites. The candidate will assist skilled masons in carrying out construction work while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist masons in brick laying, plastering, and concrete work.
- Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
- Assist in measuring, marking, and preparing work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled masons.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction and masonry work.
- Ability to handle construction materials and tools.
- Physical fitness and stamina for field work.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in different project locations.
Qualification:
- Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass (preferred).
