1. Mahendras Skill Development Private Limited is looking for a passionate and experienced Hair Dresser & Stylist Trainer for delivering high-quality skill training under Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (BWSSC) standards. The trainer will be responsible for classroom training, practical demonstrations, candidate counselling, assessment preparation, placement motivation, and batch management as per NSQF guidelines.

1. Counselling the candidates regarding training and career opportunities.
2. Conduct training for candidates as per the curriculum/module designed by the Sector Skill Council.
3. Deliver theory and practical sessions related to Hair Dressing & Styling.
4. Monitor and maintain daily attendance of trainees.
5. Prepare and submit Daily MIS Reports.
6. Conduct pre-assessment activities for candidates.
7. Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification.
8. Motivate candidates for placement opportunities and good grading.
9. Ensure quality training delivery with focus on minimum 95% result performance.
10. Maintain training records, lab equipment, and classroom discipline.
11. Follow NSQF, SSC, and project guidelines during training execution.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. 12th Pass with Advanced Diploma in Hair Dressing & Styling
   OR
2. Certified in relevant CITS Course in Hair Dressing & Styling.

1. Trainer must be TOT Certified by Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council for Job Role Hair Dresser & Stylist (BWS/Q0202).

1. Minimum 3 years of sector-specific experience in Hair Dressing & Styling and 1 year training experience as per BWSSC trainer eligibility guidelines.
2. Candidates with strong salon/service industry exposure preferred.
