2. We are inviting applications from passionate and experienced professionals for the position of Trainer – Multi-Skill Technician (Home Appliances) under the Electronics Sector Skill Council of India (ESSCI).

5. Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of relevant industry/training experience.

1. ITI in Electrical/Electronics/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant trade
2. Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
3. CITS Certification in relevant trade (preferred)
4. Any equivalent qualification aligned with NSQF standards

1. Trainer must be TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (ESSCI).
2. Knowledge of NSQF framework, SSC assessment process, and skill training ecosystem is mandatory.

1. Experience in Skill Development Projects such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY, CSR, NULM, or State Skill Missions
2. Experience in handling practical lab sessions and assessment preparation
3. Familiarity with digital MIS reporting and documentation processes

1. Deliver classroom and practical training as per the approved model curriculum of ESSCI
2. Conduct engaging sessions focused on technical and employability skills
3. Ensure effective understanding of appliance installation, servicing, repair, and troubleshooting techniques
   

Candidate Management

1. Counsel candidates regarding training, career opportunities, and placements
2. Maintain discipline, classroom engagement, and positive learning environment
3. Motivate trainees for better performance, attendance, and certification success

1. Maintain daily attendance records and batch documentation
2. Submit Daily MIS Reports and training updates to management
3. Track candidate progress and learning outcomes regularly

1. Conduct pre-assessments, mock tests, and revision sessions
2. Prepare candidates for final assessments and certification process
3. Coordinate with assessment agencies and SSC requirements

Placement Support

1. Encourage candidates for placement opportunities and career growth
2. Support mobilization, placement tracking, and post-placement activities
3. Ensure high-quality output and target-oriented training delivery

1. Knowledge of home appliance servicing and maintenance
2. Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
3. Understanding of electrical safety and service standards
4. Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
5. Strong communication and presentation abilities
