Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled Assistant Electrician Trainer to deliver high-quality training under the NSQF-aligned curriculum. The trainer will be responsible for imparting practical and theoretical knowledge, ensuring candidate engagement, and preparing trainees for assessment, certification, and placement.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Certification Requirement:
- Preferred: ToT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council
- Note: Non-certified candidates can also apply; however, certification will be mandatory after joining (company support may be provided)
2. Educational Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrician or relevant trade
- Qualification aligned with NSQF guidelines for Assistant Electrician (CON/Q0602)
3. Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry/training experience
- Conduct candidate counselling and mobilization support
- Deliver training as per the Sector Skill Council curriculum
- Ensure regular attendance monitoring of candidates
- Maintain and submit daily MIS reports
- Conduct pre-assessment tests
- Prepare candidates for final assessment & certification
- Motivate candidates for placements and achieving high grades
- Ensure minimum 95% result performance in assessments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards
- Effective training and presentation skills
- Good communication and counselling ability
- Basic computer knowledge for MIS reporting
- Ability to handle batch management and classroom discipline

Education Qualification
Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical Education : ITI / Diploma in Electrician
Certificate : TOT Certified in Assistant Electrician
Industrial Certificate : Experience
