Location: Nuapada, Odisha
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role
- We are looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Electrician Trainer to deliver high-quality skill training under the relevant Sector Skill Council guidelines. The trainer will be responsible for ensuring effective learning, candidate engagement, and successful assessment outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be ToT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council for Assistant Electrician (CON/Q0602)
Education Qualification (as per NSQF Guidelines):
- ITI in Electrician Trade / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Relevant Technical Qualification
- Higher qualifications will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of industry experience in electrical work
- Prior training/teaching experience preferred
- Conduct counselling sessions for candidates and guide them about the course and career opportunities
- Deliver training as per the curriculum designed by Sector Skill Councils (SSC)
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance of candidates
- Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports
- Conduct pre-assessment tests to evaluate candidate readiness
- Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification process
- Motivate candidates to achieve good grades and participate actively in placements
- Ensure high-quality training delivery with a target of 95% assessment results
- Maintain discipline, training quality, and classroom engagement
- Support placement activities and industry linkage
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, safety standards
- Practical hands-on training ability
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Classroom management skills
- Knowledge of NSDC / SSC training guidelines
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting, MIS)
