Salary: ₹20,000/month + Accommodation & Food
About the Role
- Nayi Soch Foundation is looking for a qualified and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer under the MES/Q0601 (Version 3.0) job role. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality skill training aligned with Sector Skill Council guidelines and ensuring successful candidate outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
Certification Requirement
- Must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (SSC) for Graphic Designer (MES/Q0601).
Educational Qualification (As per NSQF Guidelines)
- Minimum Graduate in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Fine Arts / Visual Communication
OR
- Diploma in Graphic Design with relevant experience
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing and/or Training
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- InDesign (preferred)
- Candidate Counselling
- Guide and counsel candidates regarding course objectives, career opportunities, and skill development.
- Training Delivery
- Conduct training sessions as per the SSC-approved curriculum and module guidelines.
- Attendance Monitoring
- Maintain daily attendance records and ensure discipline in the classroom.
- MIS Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports related to training progress and candidate performance.
- Pre-Assessment
- Conduct pre-assessments to evaluate candidate readiness before final assessment.
- Assessment & Certification Preparation
- Prepare candidates for assessments conducted by SSC and ensure successful certification.
- Candidate Motivation
- Encourage candidates to achieve good grades and actively participate in placement opportunities.
- Result Accountability
- Ensure minimum 95% result achievement in assessments.
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design principles
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Classroom management and student engagement ability
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing/design trends (preferred)

Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout, composition), Knowledge of branding and visual identity development, Basic understanding of UI/UX design concepts, Creativity with attention to detail, asic knowledge of video editing tools, Understanding of current design trends
