Prix Consultancy is hiring a dynamic and experienced HR Executive for its client based in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core HR functions and end-to-end HR operations.

📍 Location: Bahadurgarh

💼 Experience: 4–5 Years

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
2. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
3. Handle attendance management, payroll coordination, and leave administration
4. Maintain HR documentation and ensure statutory compliance
5. Support performance management processes and appraisals
6. Handle employee relations and grievance resolution effectively

1. 4–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations/generalist role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR lifecycle management
4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR functions efficiently
5. Immediate joiners preferred
