The Consortium for Training Research and Development (CTRD) is seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Electrician Trainer for the OSDA Nua-O Programme in Jajpur, Odisha.
📍 Location: Jajpur, Odisha
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- TOT Certification in Assistant Electrician job role
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant industry or training experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver structured theory and practical training sessions as per OSDA guidelines
- Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and training quality benchmarks
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and trainee progress
- Conduct evaluations and support trainees in skill development and employability
- Promote a disciplined and engaging learning environment
💰 Compensation
- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : ITI/Diploma in Electrician
Certificate : TOT Certified in Assistant Electrician
Industrial Certificate : 1-3 Experience
