About the Job Role

• At CLG SHIKSHAN SANSTHAN, the Trainer – Multiskilled Health Assistant (HSS/Q5109) will be responsible for delivering high-quality, competency-based training aligned with the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) and Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) standards. The role involves facilitating structured classroom and practical sessions to develop essential healthcare skills among candidates for employment in hospitals, clinics, and primary healthcare environments.
• The trainer will ensure effective learning outcomes through continuous mentoring, performance tracking, and assessment readiness, while maintaining compliance with SSC guidelines. The position requires a result-oriented professional committed to achieving high certification success rates and enhancing candidate employability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct candidate counselling and orientation sessions regarding the job role and career pathways
2. Deliver training as per SSC-approved Model Curriculum (HSS/Q5109)
3. Facilitate both theoretical and practical sessions effectively
4. Maintain and monitor daily attendance and discipline of candidates
5. Prepare and submit daily MIS reports, batch progress, and documentation
6. Conduct pre-assessments and mock tests for candidates
7. Ensure candidates are fully prepared for final assessment and certification
8. Provide continuous motivation and mentoring to improve performance and placement readiness
9. Support candidates in achieving placements and better grading outcomes
10. Ensure minimum 95% assessment success rate through quality training delivery

Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF / SSC Guidelines)

Mandatory Requirement

1. TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (Healthcare SSC)

Educational Qualification

1. MBBS / BAMS / BHMS
2. B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
3. GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)

Experience

1. Minimum 1–2 years of clinical/healthcare experience
   
2. Minimum 1 year of training/teaching experience preferred
   

Required Skills

1. Strong knowledge of basic healthcare practices and patient care
   
2. Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills
   
3. Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred)
   
4. Ability to handle classroom and practical lab sessions
   
5. Knowledge of NSQF framework and skill development ecosystem
   
6. Proficiency in basic computer applications and MIS reporting
