About the Project

We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for Trainer and Master Trainer positions under the prestigious Schneider Electric Lab / Centre of Excellence Project.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a transformative skill-development initiative focused on Smart Automation, Industrial Automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Open Positions

1. Trainer: 5 positions
2. Master Trainer: 2 positions

Key Responsibilities

Trainer

1. Deliver classroom and hands-on laboratory training.
2. Train candidates on PLC, SCADA, HMI, IIoT, and industrial automation technologies.
3. Conduct practical demonstrations, exercises, assessments, and projects.
4. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
5. Maintain lab equipment and ensure effective utilization of laboratory infrastructure.
6. Track trainee attendance, performance, and learning outcomes.
7. Support industry engagement and placement-related activities.

Master Trainer

1. Lead and monitor training delivery across project centres.
2. Mentor, guide, and support Trainers.
3. Develop and standardize training modules, practical exercises, and lab activities.
4. Ensure quality and consistency of training delivery.
5. Coordinate with project stakeholders and centre teams.
6. Monitor training outcomes and recommend improvements.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have practical knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. Industrial Automation Systems
2. PLC Programming – Schneider / Siemens
3. SCADA & HMI Development
4. IIoT and Smart Factory Concepts
5. BMS / Building Automation
6. Sensors, Drives & Instrumentation
7. Smart Energy Management
8. Industrial Cybersecurity – Basic Concepts
9. Industry 4.0 technologies and applications

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in:

1. Electrical Engineering
2. Electronics Engineering
3. Instrumentation Engineering
4. Automation Engineering
5. Related engineering disciplines

Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of training/teaching experience.
2. Industry experience in automation and related technologies is preferred.
3. Experience with skill development initiatives or government projects will be an added advantage.
4. Candidates with strong hands-on laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits
