Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our Delhi office. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, government liaison, and support in tender/RFP documentation related to Skill Development and Vocational Training projects.
- Follow up on leads and convert business opportunities
- Handle client queries and maintain professional relationships
- Conduct cold calling and outreach activities
- Visit government departments and stakeholders as required
- Prepare and submit pre-bid queries
- Support in preparation and submission of RFPs, EOIs, and tender documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and compliance records
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Government Tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and CSR projects
- Understanding of the Skill Development ecosystem
- Experience in preparing Skill Development-related proposals
- Ability to manage multiple coordination activities
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in government liaisoning
- Familiarity with State & Central Skill Development schemes
- Target-driven and proactive approach
- Immediate joiners preferred
