Job Summary

1. Gurukul Computer Education is seeking a qualified and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer to deliver competency-based training aligned to the MES/Q0601 – Graphic Designer qualification pack. The Trainer must be TOT (Training of Trainers) certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (Media & Entertainment Skill Council) and possess the requisite education, training, and industry experience as per NSQF guidelines to ensure high-quality, outcome-oriented skill training.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Candidate Counselling
   
2. Conduct counselling sessions for prospective candidates.Guide candidates regarding course structure, career scope, and certification pathway.

2. Training Delivery

1. Deliver training as per the SSC-approved curriculum and module structure.
2. Prepare lesson plans and practical assignments aligned with NSQF standards.
3. Ensure competency-based training methodology.

3. Attendance & Monitoring

1. Maintain and monitor trainee attendance.Track candidate progress and learning outcomes.
2. 4. MIS Reporting
   
3. Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports to management.Maintain training documentation as per SSC/NSDC norms.
4. 5. Pre-Assessment
   
5. Conduct internal pre-assessments to evaluate candidate readiness.
6. 6. Assessment & Certification Preparation
7. Prepare candidates for final SSC assessment.Coordinate with assessment bodies for certification processes.
8. 7. Motivation & Placement Support
   
9. Motivate candidates for placement opportunities.
10. Encourage high performance and good grades.Guide candidates in portfolio preparation and interview readiness.

Result Commitment

Ensure quality training delivery with a target of 95% result guarantee through continuous monitoring, remedial sessions, and mentoring.

1.  Education, Qualification & Experience (As per NSQF Guidelines)
   
2. Minimum 12th Pass with strong domain knowledge in graphic design tools.
3. Certified in Graphic Designer (MES/Q0601) job role.
4. Mandatory TOT Certification from the respective Sector Skill Council.Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in graphic design and/or training.
5. Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.
6. Good communication and classroom management skills.
