Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day customer operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and delivery teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding shipments and services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support daily operational activities related to customer service
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Good knowledge of customer support processes
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Client Handling
- Experience in Logistics / Transportation industry will be an added advantage
