🔹 Position: Centre Mobiliser
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Centre Mobiliser to join NIIT Foundation under the Angel One Project. The ideal candidate must have experience in community outreach, field mobilization and connecting with potential learners for skilling programs.
📌 Required Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of proven experience in community mobilization / field operations
- Prior experience in outreach work, grassroots-level execution
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & Marathi (Basic English preferred)
- Ability to connect with community groups, youth, SHGs, and local networks
- Should possess confidence for field visits, awareness drives and documentation
- Goal-oriented, proactive and community-engagement driven personality
📠Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize target groups and beneficiaries for skilling & training programs
- Conduct community outreach, door-to-door campaigns & awareness sessions
- Engage with local communities, Panchayat members, SHGs, NGOs & youth groups
- Ensure regular learner walk-ins & conversions for enrolment
- Plan and conduct local events, meetings & mobilization drives
- Maintain proper documentation – Daily reports, field visits, weekly progress
- Support centre targets with efficient community connect
