📄 Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to manage guest services, reception operations, and hospitality standards. The candidate must be proactive, disciplined, and able to handle front desk responsibilities smoothly.


📌 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

🏨 Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism
🧾 Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
📞 Manage phone calls, inquiries & guest communication
🗂 Maintain room bookings, reservations & guest records
💳 Process billing, receipts and basic financial entries
🤝 Coordinate with housekeeping & other hotel departments
📝 Manage emails, front office reports and daily logs
🌐 Ensure hospitality standards and guest satisfaction

🙂 Presentable personality with customer-friendly approach
âš™ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
