✨ Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly competent & certified Electric Vehicle Service Lead Technician Trainer (ASC/Q1424) to deliver training under BSDM. The selected candidate will be responsible for training, counselling, assessment preparation & ensuring excellent result and placement outcomes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 🧑‍💼 Counsel candidates on course structure, career growth & placement opportunities.
• 🧠 Deliver training strictly as per SSC-approved EV curriculum (ASC/Q1424).
• 📋 Maintain attendance, discipline & training participation.
• 📊 Prepare & upload Daily MIS reports & performance records.
• 📝 Conduct pre-assessments and readiness evaluations.
• 🎓 Prepare learners for final assessment & NSQF certification.
• 💼 Motivate candidates for employment, entrepreneurship & career development.
• 🏆 Achieve and maintain 95% certification result target with quality training delivery.
• 📑 Ensure compliance with BSDM, NSQF & Sector Skill Council guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience — As per NSQF

✔ TOT Certified Trainer (Mandatory)
✔ Domain Certified: ASC/Q1424 Electric Vehicle Service Lead Technician
✔ Education (Any one as NSQF Requirement):

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent
• B.Tech/B.E in relevant engineering discipline preferred

📍 Experience in EV servicing, battery management & vehicle diagnosis required.
📍 Strong communication & batch-handling skills essential.
