🌾 Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely crop advisory to farmers through calls or digital platforms
- Diagnose crop issues and recommend suitable nutrient, seed, and protection solutions
- Understand farmer requirements and offer customized agricultural guidance
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with farmers based on empathy and trust
- Maintain detailed advisory records, follow-ups, and service quality standards
- Stay updated with modern farming trends, seasonal crop patterns, and agri inputs
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure farmers receive the best support

- Understanding of agri-inputs (seed, fertilizer, pesticide, micronutrients)
