📠Key Responsibilities
📞 1. Telephonic Counseling
- Reach out to prospective students via calls ☎ï¸
- Explain online & distance education programs 🎓
- Discuss eligibility, fees, career outcomes, and admissions process 🧾
- Resolve queries related to courses and university affiliations â“
🎯 2. Lead Conversion
- Follow up with leads from different sources 🔄
- Understand student needs and suggest the right program 🎯
- Convert inquiries into admissions through strong communication ðŸ¤
📂 3. Admission Process Management
- Guide students through registration & documentation 🗂ï¸
- Support in fee submission and enrollment completion 💳
- Ensure timely and accurate paperwork 📅
💻 4. CRM & Record Maintenance
- Maintain detailed records of all student interactions 📊
- Update CRM software regularly 💼
- Provide daily/weekly reports to management 📋
🤠5. Student Support & Coordination
- Assist students post-admission with course access & portal usage 💡
- Coordinate with university representatives for updates ðŸ«
- Offer continuous support to ensure a smooth learning experience ðŸŒ
