Tech Mahindra Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, is dedicated to empowering communities through high-impact initiatives in education, employability, and inclusion. The Foundation is implementing healthcare skill development projects across Delhi/NCR aimed at equipping youth with job-ready skills for sustainable livelihoods and better career opportunities.
Position Overview
The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for community outreach, engagement, and candidate mobilization for the Foundation’s healthcare skill development programs. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in identifying, counseling, and enrolling eligible youth, fostering relationships with community stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of mobilization activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field-level outreach and mobilization activities within assigned communities.
- Identify, counsel, and enroll eligible youth for healthcare skilling programs.
- Build strong relationships with local NGOs, community leaders, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Conduct awareness campaigns, roadshows, and information sessions to promote the Foundation’s programs.
- Maintain systematic data and reports of mobilization and enrolment activities.
- Coordinate with the training and placement teams to ensure program success and candidate retention.
- Support monitoring and evaluation processes through timely reporting and field feedback.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in community mobilization, skill development, social work, or NGO sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Hindi and working knowledge of English.
- Desirable: Experience in mobilization for healthcare or livelihood-based programs.
