Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller (Recruitment Executive) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales or recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and networking.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidates’ suitability as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely and quality delivery of manpower needs.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports with management.
  • Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on current hiring trends, market standards, and industry salary benchmarks.
  • Ensure all recruitment and communication processes comply with company policies and procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
