Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our factory machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines, while adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate factory machinery efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and maintain the smooth running of machines.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines.
• Measure and feed raw materials into machines as per production requirements.
• Identify and report any machine faults or breakdowns to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10th Pass is mandatory; 12th Pass or ITI (Any Trade) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and SOPs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Other Attributes:

• Team player with good communication skills.
• Punctual and disciplined.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.
