Job Summary:
Neelam Consultancy Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand the reach of our products including EDC machines, Soundboxes, QR codes, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding merchants, achieving sales targets, and promoting our products across railway stations and nearby commercial areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell EDC machines, QR codes, Soundboxes, and other related products.
- Onboard merchants and maintain healthy client relationships.
- Achieve a minimum of 7 sales per month with incentives for exceeding targets.
- Facilitate insurance sales where applicable.
- Meet daily activity targets, with flexible work options (half-day or full-day).
- Regularly revisit targets and report progress to the management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Pass with proven experience in field sales.
- Must own an Android smartphone and a two-wheeler.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse field conditions.
